The game App (English name "MoneyBang", Chinese name "金钱帮", hereinafter collectively "game App") respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, the game App will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, the game App will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. a) In-app path: go to Settings - Account - Delete Account;
b) Web/email path: send a request to the email address below with the subject "Account Deletion Request", providing server, player ID, login channel and other information needed to verify account ownership. Please do not send full payment card numbers, government ID photos, or unrelated sensitive information.
After account deletion is completed, you will no longer be able to log in to that account. Character data, progress, items, virtual currency, mail, event records, and other account-linked data will be deleted, anonymized, or no longer used to identify you. Records that must be retained for legal, tax, platform, payment dispute, security, anti-cheat, fraud prevention, or audit reasons may be retained only as necessary, and will be deleted or anonymized after the required retention period ends.
